This PR completely rewrites the AgentStore frontend, moving it from a basic skeleton into a custom, high-fidelity user interface.
Furthermore, this PR introduces a robust offline-first fallback database in the client layer, making the frontend completely interactive (handling search, category filtering, execution trace console animation, forks, and reviews submission in-memory) while establishing clear API contracts for the backend team.
